Shipping Policy

We DO NOT have a minimum order value for delivery!

We now provide the cheapest wholesale shipping options in the UK.

Our order cut off time is 3pm, so if orders are placed and paid before 3pm they will get dispatched the Same Day. If not, they will be dispatched the next working day.

We now have multiple delivery options at very good prices. You can choose your desired delivery option/courier at the checkout.

All of our shipping options are fully tracked and insured.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm or on Weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.

Only Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed to arrive the next day.

1st Class signed usually arrives within 1 – 3 days.

2nd Class signed usually arrives within 2 – 5 days.

We offer the following delivery options:

  • ROYAL MAIL 2nd Class SIGNED – £3.49
  • ROYAL MAIL 1st CLASS SIGNED – £4.99
  • SPECIAL DELIVERY NEXT DAY – £7.50
  • SPECIAL DELIVERY SATURDAY – £12

ROYAL MAIL DELIVERIES:

Goods dispatched via Royal Mail are sent via first class delivery service and usually arrive within 1 to 3 working days after dispatch normally and will require a signature on delivery. Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.

ROYAL MAIL COVID 19 DELAYS

Please allow extra time for Royal Mail to deliver your goods to you as they have been heavily impacted by the decrease in workforce and increase in parcel numbers. Some areas are more impacted than others with delays, but Royal Mail are addressing these problems and are looking to decrease any delays when all staff are back to work .

DPD DELIVERIES:

Goods dispatched via DPD usually arrive within 1 working day after dispatch (98% of the time) to mainland addresses. Deliveries by DPD are usually made Monday to Friday only and a signature will be required on delivery in most cases.

Bank Holiday Weekend Postage Update

Royal Mail are closed over the bank holidays and therefore we are unable to dispatch any orders placed on Bank Holiday weekends until the next working day.
